Klune Industries is proud to introduce its state of the art Plating facility which encompasses over 7,000 square feet of processing space. This facility employs the latest water purification and tanks systems technology, water flow rinsing, centralized temperature controllers and rectifiers which maintain the solution baths at constant temperatures meeting or exceeding all specification requirements.
Klune Industries Plating uses the Sulfuric-Boric and Sulfuric-Oxalic Acid anodizing systems for MIL-A-8625, Type IC, II, IIB, and III processes. The tank sizes for these processes are 20' Long X 3' Wide X 3' Deep and 10' Long X 3' Wide X 5.5' Deep. These tanks are large enough to handle most any need.

Other plating processes we provide include: passivation in accordance with QQ-P-35 Type II and VI, Chem film MIL-C-5541, Electro-polish, Electroless Nickel, Aluminum Etch and several color dyes for your anodizing requirements.

Additionally, Klune Industries Plating provides NonDestructive Testing Services which include Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) utilizing high performance multi-directional equipment.

As you will find in the following matrices, Klune Industries is approved by the major aerospace and aircraft manufacturers to both MIL Spec and Specific Company Process specifications.
