Klune Industries provides many special processes including Heat Treating, Electro and Chemical Plating, Painting and Coating, Nondestructive Testing, and High Reliability Soldering. 

Among our Heat Treating processes are nitriding, tempering of steel, aging of aluminum, and stress relief. Plating capabilities include hard anodizing, PTFE, electroless nickel, chemical film, etching, and passivation.

SermeTel anti-corrosion coatings from Klune Industries conform to MIL standards and commercial practices. Nondestructive Testing conforms to MIL-I-6868 and MIL-I-6866. High Reliability Soldering meets MIL-S-45743 and WS6536D standards. Our fully equipped analytical lab verifies these special processes with supporting quality assurance data.
