Hydro forming is particularly adapted to manufacture both ultra-light and ultra-stiff complex shaped metal parts making this process particularly suitable to aeropspace and defense components and assemblies.
Technology & Equipment
Klune Industries is equipped with high pressure hydraulic fluid presses that can form large metal components up to 15 inches in depth. We manufacture our own dies making this process particularly cost effective for our customers. We can shape any type of alloy including aluminum, titanium or steel.
Klune's value proposition
Hydro formed parts are both lightweight and structurally strong parts that are particularly adapted for doors, structural components or fuel tanks. We produce components for various programs including commercial and military aircraft. Our process allows us to produce also smaller batches which make it particularly adapted to the type of programs we serve.
