Challenge
Klune Industries has to continuously support a high build-rate on a series of stainless steel investment castings including just-in-time delivery requirements.
Remedy
Following the acquisition of our investment castings capability in 2006, the Klune team has implemented a comprehensive Continuous Improvement and Policy Deployment program in order to meet our customer's quality and delivery performance requirements.
Results
This has established Klune Industries has a preferred supplier for handgun parts and other programs requiring the supply of investment castings in large quantities.
