Klune Industries, Inc.'s business culture is best described as possessing a pioneer spirit with philosophy that we will find a way or make our own way to meet the customers challenge. Our team is highly motivated with a strong entrepreneurial background. This team is focused on where we can add value. Everyone in the company can, and does, make a difference in successfully taking care of our customer. Historically, our customers' challenges were in engineering or producibility. Today Klune Industries, Inc. has increased it's scope to better fulfill whole portfolios of parts,

assemblies and kits for numerous systems. As the company grows internationally we now participate in joint ventures and off-sets as well as invest in partnerships with new technology start-up companies. All the while, the first generation ethic is still fresh in the minds of everyone at Klune Industries, Inc. that the Company started with our founder, James Clune, an Irish immigrant who started the Company as a one man weld shop in 1972. Under his son Gordon's leadership, the Company has experienced significant growth. Today, Klune Industries, Inc.'s personnel pioneer and patent many processes that make parts producible and contribute to the growth of its' affiliates with sales in excess of $100 million per year.

Klune Industries, Inc. has been involved in intensive process improvement for over two years. Several fully owned companies that previously operated independently have moved into one location consolidating operations, streamlining processes, and dropping redundancies where they existed. The company has benefited from combining various resources and perspectives already in use. The culture at Klune Industries, Inc. is very positive towards change with people willing to innovate and improve the end product.

Top management has communicated effectively to all employees at Klune Industries, Inc. the company's strategic service vision. Our employees understand the primary company objectives and have great pride in their work and their company. The factory is clean, modern, and a pleasant place to work. Morale among workers is generally high.

Jim Clune founded the company with his name because of the recognition he had built in the industry. However, he changed the first letter to a "K" because he wanted every employee, including his immediate family, to work for the entity of Klune Industries, not Jim Clune. Today, no personal parking spaces exist and all business cards are printed without titles.
