Hiring Policies are as follows:

• Applications and resumes are kept on file for six months.
• Most unique positions require 3 to 5 years experience.
• Drug screens are required prior to hiring an individual.
• Certified Production Operator examinations are required for machinists.
• Applicants must undergo a three-month introductory phase before they are eligible for full-time employment.
