In an effort to stay competitive, Klune Industries, Inc. is striving to continuously improve. Through company-wide training in Lean concepts and continual assessment of programs, new initiatives are put into practice to keep us ahead of our competitors. Some systems that have been implemented include:

• Cellular Manufacturing
• Flexible and Cross Trained Workers
• Set-up Reduction
• A push toward a more 5S organization

Currently, we are preparing for the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), work standardization and quality at the source in an effort to further eliminate waste and improve quality.
