Quality requirements are as specified in the purchase order through QA codes.
QA Codes, "Attachment A” (Dated 1/31/06) may be found on the internet at: http://www.klune.com/klunegroup/quality_codes.htm
Klune Industries reserves the right to conduct, and contractor agrees to cooperate in, the performance of a Quality Survey to establish, to Klune Industries satisfaction, contractor’s capabilities and conformance with the above requirements.
Contractor shall notify Klune Industries Procurement representative of any proposed United States Government procurement or quality audits to be conducted in contractor’s facility in regards to this Contract.
Except for x-ray films, records of all quality control inspection work by contractor shall be kept complete and available to Klune Industries and its customers.
2.1 LOCKHEED MARTIN STANDARD PROVISIONS
Klune Industries is flowing down to their Key subcontractors -- which would include all casting houses -- Lockheed Martin’s Standard Provisions called out in Sections 2.2 and 2.3 below:
The following General and Special Provisions shall form a part of this Contract as though included herein in full text. Copies of these documents, as applicable, are attached hereto. Special Provisions shall take precedence over General Provisions.
